Alex Taskin on what’s new at Passe-Partout…….

Well we’ve come into the year with a bang and are full steam ahead working with existing and new clients which we are very excited about!  After 25 years I have decided to give up my Investors in People practitioner licence so I won’t be doing any more assessments although I’m still keeping my hand in and so will be available to give you advice on the Sixth Generation framework and any advisory support needed in the run up to your reviews.

A big part of my time is going to be focusing on this as we operate across the full spectrum of coaching and mentoring services including: 1:1 coaching and mentoring at all levels; team coaching and action learning; and delivery of Chartered Management Institute accredited coaching and mentoring programmes at Levels 5 and 7

There are two unique elements to our offering which, to our knowledge, are only available from Passe-Partout:

  • Our accredited Fostering a Coaching Culture programme
  • Our Community Mentoring programme which matches mentoring pairs across different organisations

Equilibrium Leadership Foundation

I’m also very involved with a new venture – Equilibrium Leadership Foundation where we run experiential learning programs with horses.  It is especially beneficial as part of:

  • Experiential leadership training
  • Teambuilding and coaching

If this is something that interests you then please see attached a series of dates coming up for you to find out more!

Passe-Partout’s new website!

2016 sees the launch of our new website – it’s been a drawn-out task but we are delighted with the results – do have a look at  to see what we’ve done!  To entice you to visit we’ve also got a competition going on – as most of you are aware Passe-Partout is named after Phileas Fogg’s little helper in Around the World in 80 Days and hence our balloon theme which has always been part of our brand.  After a breathtaking trip last month (can’t tell you where!) we came across a number of balloon’s so we got the camera out and below are the results!

So all you have to do is guess where these might have been taken?  Yes, I’m not that mean – a small clue below for each photo!

A – Google Translate may come in handy here!

B – Darren looks like he may have had a Guinness to many!

C – It’s an airport, and one of the posters gives a high hint

D – There ought to be some green and pleasant land in this picture…..

And the prize???  A spectacular early morning Balloon Flight for two at Leeds Castle!  All you  need to do is go to and enter your details and your answers on the Contact Form and the draw will take place on Friday 22nd April
