Personal Best has been designed on the principle that everyone is different, and what works for one of us, may be totally ineffective for someone else.
A unique employee development programme, put together to help each participant achieve a goal which matters to them. It could be work-related, or to do with something outside work – the only requirement is that participants must identify at least one of these goals – which we call Personal Breakthrough Goals
Personal Best prioritises non-managers, intended to provide leadership quality learning for front-line and back-office employees. The programme is voluntary and open to any employee not in a management role. The programme will be delivered to cohorts of up to 20 people at a time.
Personal Best consists of four half-day workshops; deliverable online or face-to-face.
Your tutor will be there for you for the entire ride. Nobody get’s left behind, everybody succeeds.
Content is based on research that is re-researched and re-researched! We curate and cut out the noise. You get an elixir of the best in coaching expertise.
All of your peers together on one specially designed platform. You keep all the resources and grow through meaningful chat.
Online sessions work best as part of a larger journey: Engaging assignments. Peer coaching. Social learning. Alumni membership.
“Following the Personal Best Programme, staff have been more positive about things they are working on and life in general. There was a very positive response about the coaching they received and how useful it was to them. It has enabled them to see things in a different light, not just about learning skills, but being healthy and happy in all aspects of life”
Anna, London Institute of Banking and Finance
