Maidstone Council

This year saw the launch of an immersive simulation training programme for new and aspiring team leaders at Maidstone.  To provide a thorough workout for participants as leaders and decision-makers, we created a fictional Council with key roles drawing on their actual personality profiles.  Levels of engagement, learning and transfer have been phenomenal.

HM Prison Service

Passe-Partout has trained over 1000 first line and middle managers with HMPS, and collaborated with the wider National Offender Management Service in establishing a version of the UK programme for sale to the Saudi Ministry of the Interior.

For the record, you have been the most informed, innovative and vibrant tutor I have ever had the pleasure of working with on any HMPS programme. You made each module a challenge to be met; you encouraged, made me realise I can, never left me thinking I might and certainly never ever I can’t!! Your ‘can do’ attitude rubbed off on everyone (eventually) and the whole programme was a positive experience.

The London Borough of Ealing

Over the last five years, we have supported 120 Ealing Managers to achieve the extensive Level 5 Management Diploma.  At 98% overall, the completion rate has been unprecedented, but perhaps more impressive has been the return on investment with over £2m generated through our unique Dragons Den improvement project process.

Medway Council

As our home Council, it is good to be working with Medway and to be providing a diverse range of courses as part of their staff development offer.  Key titles at present include Team Leadership, Coaching for High Performance, Communicate with Just About Anyone, and Believe in Yourself.

The London Golf Club

It’s an exciting time for London Golf as they seek to establish their place on the world stage, having hosted the 2014 Volvo Masters.  We are helping their new and aspiring managers to drive for the high performance culture befitting a global player.

When you work with a client for over a decade, as we have with Colorcon, it’s fascinating how the focus of your approach has to change.  In the early days, with global markets still opening up, our management development programmes were all about stimulating and managing growth; these days, as markets mature, resilience and efficiency are to the fore.

Lakesmere has been one of the UK’s fastest growing construction firms over the last decade, and we are helping them develop the senior leadership capability to manage that growth: building trust, efficiency and improvement at a time of prolific activity.

This [senior leader development] programme has delivered more value in two modules than we got for the whole previous programme

Sevenoaks District Council

Sevenoaks District Council has worked very closely with Passe-Partout, over a number of years, delivering unique, innovative staff development programmes, custom designed to provide the skills necessary for our Council to continue to prosper in challenging times.  The Leadership Masterclass and Personal Best programmes are more recent examples of how we have worked together, in partnership, to provide development opportunities, not only for leaders and managers, but for all staff, to equip them with the skills necessary for modern local government.

Whenever we challenge Passe-Partout to come up with something truly innovative, they always rise to the occasion.

Homes for Haringey

We designed the original Personal Best programme with Homes for Haringey and their sister-organisation Ascham Homes.  The results were astonishing, with previously un-supported staff members all reporting personal and workplace breakthroughs within two months of starting the programme.  This was the moment we realised that high quality, mindset-oriented development for non-managers could produce greater and faster impact than traditional management development.

Queen Mary University of London

One of the Russell Group Universities, Queen Mary has become a key client and partner, working with us to launch Level 7 coaching qualification courses for Higher Education personnel.  We also provide an extensive range of leadership and management programmes for Queen Mary.
